Navigating the Drug Testing Notification System

If your court order requires you to take random UAs, please make sure that you have registered for random UAs with us or with another UA testing facility. If you are taking random UAs outside of our agency please make sure that we receive your UA results. If you are on supervised probation you may be able to take your UAs with probation.

If you are registered with us for Urine Analysis (UA), please remember it is your responsibility to check the Drug Testing Notification System. You should do this every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 2 am and 5:59 pm.

We require: You are tested with at least a 7 panel UA test with ETG, wherever you test.

What the phone system will ask you

Initial prompt

"You have reached the drug testing notification system. Press 1 for English. Press 2 for Spanish."

Enter your ID

After selecting your language you will hear "Please enter your ID Number." Key in your ID using your phone's keypad.

Confirm your last name

The system will prompt "Does your last name begin with 'ABC'? If yes, press 1. If no, press 2." If your response is "no", you will be asked to re-enter your ID number.

Testing requirement

Once your last name is confirmed you will hear either "You are required to test today" or "Do not test today". This message repeats three times before the call ends.

If you call outside the window

Remember to comply with these guidelines to maintain your compliance with us and with your court order.

• Before 2 am: "You have called the drug testing notification system too early. Please call back between 2 am and 6 pm."
• After 6 pm: "You have called the drug testing notification system too late. Please call back tomorrow between 2 am and 6 pm."

If you are required to take random UA tests and you have not registered for random UAs, please contact us so that we may get you registered.

Clients are typically able to test with us Monday through Friday between 8:30am - 3:00pm, however we do not always have someone available for male or female UAs. If you would like to test with us, please give us a call to make sure that someone is available for when you expect to arrive at our agency.

If no one is available or you are required to test outside of our normal business hours, please test at another UA testing facility and request that they send us your UA results. Please be aware that other testing locations may have different costs associated with taking a UA test. We often recommend that our clients test at Urban Labs when they aren't able to test at our agency.
