We offer DUI education and therapy classes that meet court and DMV requirements. All classes are available online through our secure telehealth platform.
We provide individual or group sessions for both court ordered or non-court ordered anger management using a Cognitive Behavioral Approach.
Our 12-week program uses Cognitive Behavioral Approach to help individuals identify and change thinking patterns that lead to problematic behaviors.

Our DUI programs are licensed by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration and approved by the Colorado DMV.
Important Note: We do not determine which level or track you must complete. This is decided by the courts, DMV, or probation based on various factors including prior offenses, BAC level, and other circumstances. The information below describes what is typically required but your specific court order or DMV requirements will determine your exact needs.
Level I education typically consists of three 4-hour sessions that must be completed over a minimum of 3 weeks (one session per week for a total of 12 hours). These are conducted in a group setting online via our secure telehealth platform.
Note: The DMV rarely accepts Level I education for license reinstatement and typically requires at least Level II education. Courts also rarely recommend Level I alone.
Level II Education consists of 24 hours of DUI education over 12 weeks. Classes are conducted online in a group setting, with class size limited to no more than 12 regularly attending participants. Level II Education can be required by itself or may be followed by Level II Therapy.
Level II Therapy follows Level II Education and can range in length from 5 to 10 months depending on the track assigned. Track assignment is determined by the alcohol evaluator, probation, courts, or DMV based on whether a person has prior impaired driving offenses, their BAC, and other clinical indicators.
The following information is provided as a general guideline of what is typically assigned. Your actual track requirements will be determined by the courts, DMV, or probation, not by A Good Life Counseling.

Important Note: We are not licensed to provide Level II 4+ DUI classes. If you have four or more DUIs, you will likely be required to attend Level II 4+ treatment, and you will need to find another provider for this service. Please contact your probation officer or the Colorado Division of Behavioral Health for a list of approved Level II 4+ providers.
Important: Education and therapy classes cannot be taken at the same time. Education must be completed first, followed by therapy if required. Only one class can be completed per week for Level II education and therapy.
If your court order requires you to take random UAs, please make sure that you have registered for random UAs with us or with another UA testing facility.
Responsibilities: If you are registered with us for Urine Analysis (UA), please remember it is your responsibility to check the Drug Testing Notification System every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 2 am and 5:59 pm.
In the event that you can't reach the system or it's busy, please continue to try until you're successful.
Clients are typically able to test with us Monday through Friday between 8:30am - 3:00pm. We do not always have someone available for male or female UAs. If you would like to test with us, please give us a call to make sure that someone is available for when you expect to arrive at our agency.
We require that you are tested with at least a 7 panel UA test with ETG.
If no one is available or you are required to test outside of our normal business hours, please test at another UA testing facility and request that they send us your UA results. Other testing locations may have different costs.
